How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for skincare products?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If a product doesn't suit your skin, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, even if it has been opened.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our delivery zones to more countries soon.
